- Overall demolition and grading project is 55% complete
- All six buildings in the Phase I area (below in blue) have been demolished and building foundations are currently being removed and hauled away
- The site of the future Wetland Park including stormwater retention area has been cleared, graded, and grassed
- Construction of the first 120 unit phase is expected to begin in Summer 2022
